The regular fee is 40 euro. Members of sponsoring organisations (WGI, AVS, BCS-IRSG, NTU, IBBT, KULeuven) pay 30 euro. The first fixed number of SIKS promovendi benefit free attendance.

When registering for the workshop, we also invite you to join us at the evening dinner on March 28. This exquisite four-course dinner with a selection of some of the finest wines will be hosted by our renowned Faculty Club. It is located in the Groot Begijnhof; a beautiful, peaceful, ageold historical site on walking distance from the city center.
Thanks to our sponsors, there is a uniform fee of 55 euro.
